Once your Visioning Exercise is complete, these goals are provided to our Practice Management team who will do your review and make recommendations to streamline operations, improve patient care, and improve staff teamwork to ultimately reduce your stress, and improve financial performance. If your practice “engine” is running on all cylinders, every day’s work and every marketing program will accelerate reaching your destination sooner. Every practice needs a diagnostic and a “tune-up” to make sure the engine continues to run efficiently. Your specific goals and performance against those goals then become input for your monthly performance dashboard.
